PITCH COUNT CHART
THE FOLLOWING PITCH COUNT CHART IS A GUIDE OF WHAT PITCH TO LOOK FOR DURING CERTAIN PITCH COUNTS. REMEMBER THAT PITCHERS WILL ALWAYS TRY TO GET AHEAD OF YOU AT THE BEGINNING. THEN TRY TO GET YOU OUT WITH HIS BEST PITCH WHEN HE IS AHEAD IN THE COUNT. IF THE PITCHER HAS YOU 2 STRIKES AND NO BALLS OR 2 STRIKES AND 1 BALL, HE JUST MAY THROW ONE OUT OF THE STRIKE ZONE TO GET YOU TO FISH FOR IT. SO PROTECT YOURSELF AND PUT UP A GOOD BATTLE. WHEN YOU ARE AHEAD IN THE COUNT, BE AGGRESSIVE, WHEN YOU'RE BEHIND, PROTECT.
